I am sure that most British expats, have a story to tell. Well here is an opportunity to tell it. From time to time on British Expats Directory I would like to interview a British expat in a different location around the world.
You might want to submit an article in the form of an interview or perhaps a story, but whatever format you choose remember the readers will probably be people considering make this life changing move, perhaps even to the country you now live in. Because the focus of this site is on British expats you will need to fit that nationality qualification.

Purely as a guideline you might want to cover the following areas if you choose the interview format:

- What made you choose to move to another country.
- How difficult was the process of moving, do you have any advice for someone seeking to do the same?
- What are medical facilities like in your adopted country?
- What is the climate like and would it suit someone from the UK?
- What have you done to learn to speak the local language?
- Do you have any regrets about moving
- What do you really miss from home?
- What are your plans for the future?
I hope you will consider sharing your experience with other potential British expats because I know personally that such information can be really useful. It certainly helped me when I moved to Thailand.
