Best Job in the World-British Expat Goes Walkabout.

Now I don't know about you but I usually have an opinion on most things which I like to share with people. However Ben Southall, the British winner of the Best Job in the World competition, has been criticised in Australia for not blogging enough during his stay on the Great Barrier Reef.

Since he arrived to take up the coveted post of "caretaker" of Hamilton Island on July 1, Mr Southall has posted just seven blogs about life in paradise.
Mr Southall, 34, beat off competition from more than 34,000 applicants from around the world to be named the winner of the Tourism Queensland competition. Read more Telegraph

I look forward to seeing if Mr Southall answers his critics or whether he continues to go walkabout. Mind you they are hardly likely to fire him from the best job in the world are they?
