UK Expat Pension Equality-Latest

The European Court Of Human Rights heard the latest submissions in the ongoing battle for UK expat pension equality on the 2nd September 2009.

There is a webcast of the proceedings available here.

The ECHR has programmed the final decision in this case to be brought down in March 2010.
